What are the health benefits of crickets?

You might be thinking, why crickets? The cricket powder is extremely high in protein (69%), contains all essential amino acids, Omega 3 & 6, B2 and B12, and concentrated iron.

With an increasing need for sustainable protein sources, this is a great way to fill your protein needs while doing good for the environment. Compared to cattle, they require less water, land, and feed. Cows use up to 200 square metres of land to feed and breed – crickets use 10x less than this. Crickets also produce 80% less methane than cows.
